Spring Community Yard Sale

8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Harold Rankin Park (519 Park Circle, Lowell)

Guidelines:

• Pre-registration REQUIRED (Deadline Thursday, May 29, 2025)
  • Application can be picked up at City Hall (101 W. First St, Lowell) or email anixon@lowellnc.com
  • Fee $5 per spot (Cash Only)
• Rain or Shine Event
• Vendors must provide own table, chair, tent or any other needs for set up
• No electrical hook ups available
• Set up will begin at 6:00 am. Spaces should be set up no later than 7:30 am.
• No selling of weapons, animals, food or political items allowed. Only “yard sale” type items may be sold. In case of suitability questions, City of Lowell decision is final.
• Responsible for clean-up and removal of ALL ITEMS at the conclusion of event.
