- Call the Lowell Parks and Recreation Department at 704-315-8165 to check availability.
- The Community Center can be rented any day of the week (except holidays).
- Rental fees must be paid in full prior to your event upon completion of your application for use.
- Rental fees must also be paid in cash.
Pricing for Lowell residents
$30/hour (minimum 4 hours) + $100 deposit (cash) Deposit will be returned after inspection is complete.
Pricing for Non-Residents
$45/hour (minimum 4 hours) + $100 deposit (cash) Deposit will be returned after inspection is complete.
