2025 Youth Basketball Registration - Lowell, NC

Registration Period

September 15-November 1

Age Groups

  • 3-4
  • 5-6
  • 7-8
  • 9-10
  • 11-12
  • 13-15

Practices and Games

  • Ages 3-4 and 5-6
    • Practices are typically on Saturdays in November/December
      • Times are determined by the coaches but are typically in the mornings
    • Games are typically on Saturdays in January/February

 

  • Ages 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-15
    • Twice a week commitment December through February
      • Practice days and times to be determined by coaches once basketball assessments are completed and teams are formed
      • Game days TBD based on the number of teams in the league. Games could be up to two days a week, Monday-Saturday
      • All registered players will be on a team. Assessments are done to ensure teams are balanced equally

Practice Location

  • Lowell Recreation Center-715 North Main Street, Lowell

Game Locations

  • Lowell and other potential locations could be in Cramerton,Belmont, Gastonia, or Dallas. Game locations are contingent on the leagues we play in, which is based on the number of teams we have as well as other local municipalities.

Registration Fee

  • $50 (includes uniform - jersey and shorts)

Equipment

  • All players will need tennis shoes

Additional Notes

  • For player's safety, no hard casts, earrings, or jewelry of any kind
  • To ensure your child's spot on the team, we recommend signing up early. Teams may fill up before the deadline
